Refund policy

Tubers will ship once the weather allows safe shipping. This will most likely begin in early april.If you place multiple orders, I am happy to refund the extra shipping charges at the time of shipping.

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and contact me at badahlias@gmail.com within 24 hours if you have any concerns.

I use strict sanitation practices between each plant and cull any plants that are suspected of virus or disease or just under perform. I will not issue refunds for virus/gall later in the season as there are so many variables once tubers are planted. I also cannot be held responsible for any nature related, or storage related losses.
