~ Please be respectful of LIMIT 1 varieties during the sale. We will be canceling orders that do not honor this request. 

~ We guarantee the variety We sell you is what you will get and that each tuber has a viable eye. 

~ Tubers grow in the ground. They can be ugly, they can be shaped weird. It can be hard to see eyes, but we promise you, we do not send out tubers we wouldn't happily plant in our own garden.

~ Tubers will be shipped as soon as it is safe to do so! This is usually around late March/early April. 

~ We are happy to combine shipping for multiple orders. Please email us with all order numbers. Orders must have all the same information to be combined. Refunds will be done at the time of shipping. 

Refund Policy

~ Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and contact me at badahlias@gmail.com within 24 hours if you have any concerns. 

~ We use strict sanitation practices between each plant and cull any plants that are suspected of virus or disease or just under perform. However, we will not issue refunds for virus later in the season as there are so many variables once tubers are planted. 

~ BA Dahlias cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage/losses, nature related losses, or storage related losses. 

~If there is any storage loss between the time you purchased and shipping, we will notify you and refund the cost of the tuber.
